Role Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join us in implementing OOB products developing new solutions and optimizing existing solutions all on the Now Platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and have experience with integrations across complex enterprise environments.

What you get to do in this role: 

• Build high-quality clean scalableand reusable code by enforcing bestpractices around softwareengineering architecture andprocesses (Code Reviews Unittesting etc.)
• Work with the productowners to understand detailedrequirements and own your codefrom design implementation testautomation and delivery of high-quality product to ourusers.
• Implement softwarethat is simple touse to allow customers toextend and customize thefunctionality to meet their specific needs
• Contribute to the design andimplementation of new products andfeatures while also enhancing theexisting productsuite
• Implement effective unit testing strategies Automated Test Framework (ATF) solutions and Jasmine test bundles for quality assurance.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
• 2 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• General understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities preferably HRSD Flow Designer IntegrationHub. 
• Proven track record in performance optimization including query tuning script efficiency and infrastructure scaling.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript Glide API Service Portal REST/SOAP integrations and JELLY scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Next Experience UI Playbooks and designing/building Scoped Applications.
• Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE debugger build tools source control ServiceNow instances profilers system administration/Unix tools)
• ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
