Job Description:

• We are looking for a Sales Force Developer with strong Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements..
• As a technical developer your responsibility will be required to collect requirements document findings and build applications.
• The individual will have a strong knowledge of software development and will have experience working to develop business-critical applications.
• This position requires excellent technical and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical aspects of Salesforce Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Design scalable solutions to meet business requirements for customer service and support.
• Provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to the development team.
• Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies like Apex Visualforce and Lightning Components.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as case management and omni-channel routing.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts.
• Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement.
• Foster alignment between business and technology through collaborative interactions and facilitate cross team communication to enhance transparency and issue resolution.
• Apply best practices and technical/business experience to Salesforce solutions including design trade-offs and communication of design decisions.
• Design and document technical solutions that are aligned with the client s business objectives
• Translate the functional requirements into conceptual and detailed design documents demonstrating sound rationale in making design decisions.
• Translate the design documents into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products
• Provide estimates of the level of effort to implement the solution
• Provide direction during the evaluation of a business requirement as to whether it can be met with out of the box functionality or customization or using plugins
• Participate in trouble shooting client support activities including liaising directly with the clients
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Salesforce CLI etc.) for Salesforce
• Provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues and guide team members

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 14 plus years of Experience iin Salesforce development including developing custom solutions and integrations using Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Extensive experience with Lightning Components Visualforce Apex Controllers Triggers Batch Apex JavaScript and other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform
• Be familiar with advanced Apex programming concepts including core design patterns limits and bulk patterns efficient and reliable trigger handling asynchronous operations and effective unit testing
• Be comfortable with modern software development lifecycle best practices including iterative and incremental development delivering working software frequently with attention to technical excellence
• Strong understanding of architectural frameworks
• Thorough understanding on the Life Cycle of Development including Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API Change Set and Ant.
• Experience in design and implementation of real-time and batch integration with Salesforce and other legacy systems using REST / SOAP and Bulk APIs
• Working knowledge of Agile process

Education:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Sales Cloud Marketing Cloud& Lightning & LWC Knowledge Platform Developer 1 Certification and Platform Developer 2 Certification is Mandatory
