Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service via phone email and in-person
- Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Assist in the preparation of quotes invoices and shipping documents
- Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
- Experience working with key accounts and handling complex customer issues
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $20.5 to $22.5 per hour. Employees will also receive benefits such as health insurance retirement plans paid time off and opportunities for career growth within the organization.
