About the Role:
We are seeking a Project Management Implementation Specialist to support new site implementations within our Radiotherapysector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced cross-functional environment and enjoys owning projects from kickoff through go-live all in a fully remote setting.
This position mirrors many of the real-world challenges and responsibilities our Project Managers experience during new site launches. The Implementation Specialist will act as a key execution partner ensuring that new sites are onboarded smoothly stakeholders remain aligned and timelines stay on track.
What Youll be Responsible For:
New Site Implementation & Coordination
- Support end-to-end implementation of new sites from initial handoff through go-live and post-launch follow-up
- Track and manage detailed action items across multiple stakeholders departments and external partners
- Ensure site-specific requirements milestones and dependencies are clearly documented and followed
Cross-Functional Communication
- Serve as a primary point of coordination between internal teams (operations clinical leadership vendors)
- Prepare clear organized meeting recaps action item summaries and follow-up communications
- Proactively follow up on outstanding tasks to keep implementations moving forward
Timeline & Risk Management
- Maintain implementation timelines and flag risks or delays early
- Adapt quickly when priorities shift helping sites navigate unexpected changes while staying aligned with overall goals
Remote Execution & Ownership
- Independently manage workstreams in a remote environment with minimal oversight
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and accountability while juggling multiple sites or projects at once Learn new systems workflows and sector-specific requirements quickly

- Experience supporting or coordinating projects implementations or operational rollouts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working fully remotely and collaborating across time zones
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to learn quickly and take ownership
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience working with or supporting U.S.-based companies healthcare organizations or regulated environments
- Familiarity with U.S. business practices timelines and professional communication standards
- Prior experience supporting site launches implementations or onboarding programs
- Experience using or similar tools
