Job Description
The GBS Finance & Cost Project Manager will lead the migration of cost and inventory processes to SAP for Mexico and support the rollout to South America (Brazil and Argentina). This role ensures accurate product costing robust inventory control and standardized processes across Canada U.S. and South America working closely with GBS Controllership and plant/business stakeholders.
Lead and coordinate the SAP migration for cost and inventory in Mexico aligned with the model implemented in Canada and the U.S.
Support the implementation in Brazil and Argentina adapting designs to local business and regulatory needs.
Oversee product costing (productive material indirect costs) and inventory management (raw material WIP finished goods and classifications).
Prepare and support presentation of monthly financial reports (P&L budget vs. forecast cash flow key cost/inventory KPIs).
Ensure compliance with internal controls SOX and financial procedures for cost and inventory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with finance and business partners in Mexico Canada U.S. Brazil and Argentina.
Identify and execute efficiency automation and headcount optimization opportunities enabled by SAP and digital tools (e.g. Power BI).
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Business Administration (LAE) or related field.
3 years of experience in finance controlling or costing preferably in a manufacturing/automotive environment.
Experience with SAP in finance/controlling/materials-related modules.
Solid knowledge of costing and inventory (finished goods raw material classifications).
Advanced English; basic Portuguese or strong willingness to learn for interaction with Brazil.
Strong analytical skills and experience in financial reporting and variance analysis.
Proficiency in automation and analytics tools especially Power BI.
Proven project management and stakeholder management skills; ability to work in a demanding multinational environment.

Hybrid: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis.
