A Revenue Coordinator supports from administrative and customer service perspectives the Sales team to develop leads and respond to enquiries and opportunities.



What will I be doing

As Revenue Coordinator you support from administrative and customer service perspectives the Sales team to develop leads and respond to enquiries and opportunities. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Provide full support and coordination services to the Revenue Team
  • Create hotel activation plans to overcome pace/position deficiencies with the goal of exceeding forecasts and beating the competition (Market share). Constant consideration and search for best

  • Build positive partnerships with commercial peers as well as other teams to ensure clarity in and connectivity to enterprise efforts.

  • Seek opportunities specifically up-selling opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
  • Prepare various reports as and when required
  • Communication of hotels commercial strategy for short mid and long-term success to key stakeholders

A Revenue Coordinator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:

  • Bachelors Degree required or commensurate work experience in lieu thereof.

  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office tools

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience at presenting in front of large groups

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate a minimum of 2 years in an administrative role
