The position
As a Global Marketing Lead you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of Ziltivekimab in CVD. Your key responsibilities will include developing effective and code-compliant global marketing and campaign materials for Ziltivekimab in CVD. Executing unbranded disease awareness campaigns including testing campaigns via market research tactics and congress execution.
- Overseeing the integration of marketing materials into the content hub and providing technical support on modular content.
- Coordinating and assembling internal launch packages and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Managing agency oversight financial planning and follow-up.
- Building and maintaining strategic networks with internal and external stakeholders to align strategy and drive mindset change.
- Participating in the development of brand commercial strategies and implementing tactics to maximize brand performance.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Life Sciences Business or Marketing graduate or equivalent degree.
- Advanced Marketing/Business qualification desirable.
- Diploma in Market Research is advantageous.
- 9-12 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with specific experience in pharmaceutical marketing/brand strategy/sales.
- Brand management experience with experience in development of global tactical marketing material and modular content and integration of these into global content hubs.
- Experience of effectively supporting and driving MLR approval processes.
- Preferably international exposure in a large organization and working experience in major market or alternatively solid record of collaboration with major markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and deep understanding of different functions across the value chain are an advantage.
