Job Summary
Key Responsibilities -
Lead site HSE implementation and support project teams in maintaining high safety standards.
Interface with Client HSE Leadership to ensure alignment with project safety requirements and standards.
Ensure compliance with Factories Act Mines Act DGMS guidelines and applicable statutory requirements.
Oversee safety for critical construction activities including work at height scaffolding erection & lifting activities excavation confined space entry hot work and electrical works.
Inspect construction equipment lifting machinery and other site equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance.
Conduct site safety inspections audits and gap analysis.
Monitor contractor safety practices and enforce permit-to-work systems.
Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Conduct toolbox talks safety trainings and safety reviews.
