Job Summary
Position: Shift Incharge (Production Supervisor)
Location: Bahadurgarh Haryana
(Candidate Preference: Candidates from Kerala only)
Qualification: BE/BTech Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Min 3 years of experience in a production/manufacturing sector
Salary: 4 LPA - 5 LPA F & A
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the production team during the assigned shift.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per plan with required quality standards.
- Monitor production processes and maintain daily operational records.
- Handle shift planning manpower allocation and performance tracking.
- Coordinate with maintenance quality and other departments for smooth operations.
- Oversee material handling and ensure timely availability for production and dispatch.
- Maintain 5S practices and ensure workplace discipline and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily production reports and shift-related documentation.
