Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Oversight & Troubleshooting

Lead the preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance for CNC Machining Centers Lathes and HBMs.
Provide specialized technical support for Gear Hobbing machines ensuring mechanical alignments and indexing accuracy.
Manage the maintenance of plant Compressors (Screw/Piston) to ensure uninterrupted pneumatic supply.
Diagnose complex mechanical failures (spindles ways ball screws and hydraulics).

2. System & Quality Management (ISO 9001)

Ensure all maintenance activities are documented in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
Maintain rigorous calibration records and machine history logs.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all maintenance tasks to ensure safety and consistency.

3. Spare Part & Asset Management

Establish and manage a Spare Part Management system to minimize downtime while optimizing inventory costs.
Identify critical long-lead items for CNC and Hobbing equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and procurement for the sourcing of high-quality OEM or equivalent components.

4. Team Leadership & Strategy

Supervise a team of technicians providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
Analyze Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) to drive continuous improvement.
Manage maintenance budgets and CAPEX recommendations for machine upgrades.
