The successful candidate will be responsible for executing core HR functions ensuring compliance with labor regulations and supporting workforce effectiveness across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding for outlet.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Assist with staff welfare engagement and retention programs.
- Liaise with outlet managers on HR-related matters.
- Assist with HR reporting and continuous process improvement
Qualifications :
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 24 years HR experience preferably in QSR or FMCG or a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
