Job Summary

German-Speaking Outbound Sales Representative

Introduction We are partnering with a leading global Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a motivated German-speaking Outbound Sales this role you will be the driving force behind the expansion of innovative FinTech solutions reaching out to existing clients to enhance their service portfolios. Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact existing clients via phone (cold and warm calls) and email to upsell new FinTech and payment solutions.
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline overseeing hundreds of active and automated outreach opportunities.
  • Use a consultative solution-selling approach to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Support clients with the technical integration of new payment solutions onto their eCommerce websites.
  • Conduct market research and self-prospecting to identify new potential growth areas.
  • Forecast weekly and monthly sales volumes and provide regular reports to the Operations Team Leader.
  • Maintain high data quality and accuracy through meticulous account administration and record-keeping.
  • Adhere to all internal quality and compliance standards during every client interaction.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in German with a good command of English (C1 level or higher).
  • Essential previous experience in call center sales or customer-facing upselling.
  • A target-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability for achieving sales results.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and a confident outgoing personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as an independent remote professional.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong general computer skills.
  • Access to a suitable home office environment with a stable and high-speed internet connection.
  • Availability for a Monday to Friday schedule (10:00 AM 07:00 PM).
