We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives in outbound sales and enjoys building relationships with potential this role you will focus on lead generation qualification and outbound prospecting helping drive new business opportunities in the German-speaking market.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced sales professionals who enjoy cold outreach consultative conversations and working in a dynamic technology environment.
What Youll Do
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to identify new business opportunities
- Generate and qualify high-value B2B leads in the German market
- Engage decision-makers and introduce digital solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients
- Work closely with account executives and sales teams to convert opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in CRM systems
- Apply structured lead generation and qualification methodologies
What Were Looking For
- C1/C2 German (mandatory)
- English B2 or higher
- Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience
- Strong knowledge of business development and lead generation strategies
- Experience in tech SaaS or digital advertising environments is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication persuasion and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment
Salary & Bonus
- Base Salary: 2198.56 / month (12)
- Quarterly Bonus: 1537.20
