German-speaking Inbound Sales Consultant
Introduction We have partnered with a leading German outsourcing company to recruit motivated German-speaking Inbound Sales Consultants for their team in the beautiful seaside city of this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers of a major telecommunications provider balancing professional support with proactive sales opportunities. Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer inquiries via email and telephone for a leading telecommunications brand.
- Provide professional assistance regarding invoices contract details tariffs and general service questions.
- Identify customer needs and offer additional products or upgrades to drive sales after resolving their initial concerns.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and act as a positive representative of the company.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through efficient and friendly problem-solving.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (at least B2 level) in both written and spoken communication.
- Current residency in or near Burgas Bulgaria or a willingness to relocate to the area.
- Solid PC skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems daily.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A helpful team-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
