Job Summary
French-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Sofia Bulgaria Hybrid)
We are partnering with a global technology services provider and are currently looking for a French-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join their team in Sofia Bulgaria. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with clients supporting long-term success and building strong professional relationships in a digital environment.
Responsibilities

Support customers throughout their journey to ensure successful product adoption

Guide clients during onboarding and help them understand platform features and best practices

Monitor customer engagement usage and progress

Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in internal systems

Assist with resolving customer issues and coordinate with support teams when needed

Build long-term relationships to increase customer satisfaction and retention

Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth customer experience
Requirements

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

Previous experience in customer success account management or customer-facing roles is an advantage

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to analyze customer data and identify trends

Well-organized with good time-management skills

Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools

Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Sofia Bulgaria
