Job Summary
Dutch-Speaking Sales Support Specialist (Sofia Bulgaria Hybrid)
We are partnering with a global technology services provider and are currently looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Support Specialist to join their team in Sofia Bulgaria. This hybrid role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy supporting sales teams working with data and ensuring smooth commercial operations.
Responsibilities

Support sales teams with revenue recognition quoting and pipeline management

Perform daily and weekly pipeline hygiene checks to ensure data accuracy

Monitor deal progress and identify potential issues or blockers

Investigate and resolve billing invoicing and pricing-related cases

Manage and follow up on internal support tickets related to sales operations

Assist with forecasting processes and closing activities
-
Prepare reports related to pipeline health and billing readiness

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deal execution
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

Good command of English for internal communication

Previous experience in sales support revenue operations finance support or similar roles

Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

Experience working with CRM systems and reporting tools

Well-organized with strong time-management skills

Proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and within a team

Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Sofia Bulgaria
