About the Client:
The client is an asset-first investment platform focused on capital protection and structured asset allocation. Through a Bucket Model investors participate in stable assets that form a protective base from which capital is allocated to startups entrepreneurs and operational projects. The client emphasizes sustainable growth disciplined asset structuring and long-term value creation.
About the Role:
The CEO / Managing Director is responsible for the overall leadership strategy and external representation of the client. This role combines strategic direction with hands-on involvement in investor relations and high-value sales. The CEO works closely with an outsourced operational team while retaining full ownership of business vision investment thesis and growth decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic direction and growth of the client
- Represent the client with investors partners and stakeholders
- Manage key investor relationships and high-value sales activities
- Develop and communicate the clients investment and asset allocation thesis
- Oversee execution through the outsourced operational team
- Support and guide local sales representatives in strategic engagements
Qualifications:
- Senior executive leadership experience (CEO Managing Director or equivalent)
- Strong background in investments asset management or structured finance
- Proven experience in investor relations and capital raising
- Strategic entrepreneurial mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and lead a growing investment platform
