Pivot Bio isseekinga highly strategic and hands-on Director ofCorporateFP&A tojoinour financial planning and analysis function. This role will ownall aspects ofthe companys financial planning forecasting andreportinginsightsserving as a critical thought partner to executive leadership the Board and investors.
Reporting to theCFO the Director ofCorporateFP&A will beexpected tobe both strategic proactivelyidentifyingopportunities todirectlyimpactbusinessperformance and tactical willing toroll upones sleeves tocomplete tactical work to support business is a leadership role that requires the creativity toalwaysstart with yes andthetenacityto translate strategy into execution.
Essential Functions
- Own and lead theAnnual Operating Plan Financial PlanForecast andLongRangePlanprocesseswith clear timelines accountability and rigor
- Prepare and support financial materials for executive leadership the Board and investors including data room support and diligence requests
- Ownlong termcash flowforecastingmodelthataccuratelyincorporates all elements of revenue expenses working capitalchanges and fundraising activities into a multi-year monthly cash balance projection
- Evaluateand scale next-generation FP&A systemsworkflows anddashboards thatleverageAI capabilities andintegrate financial and operational data
- Delivertimelyand insightful budget mixand volume variancesgoing beyond just reporting the news toprovidingtimelyand actionable business insights
- Develop financial models and conductrevenue and profitscenario analyses to evaluate growth initiatives investments and strategic decisions
- Define track and report on corekey performance indicators includingcustomer and revenue retentionacre retentionCACand LTV

Required Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics or Business Administration
- 15 years of progressive experience in FP&A corporate finance investment banking or related roles
- Proven ownership of complex end-to-endplanningand forecasting processes in high-growth global environments
- Demonstrated ability to build driver-based financial models that reflect how the businessbehaves
- Highproficiencyin Excel and modern financial planning and analytics toolsincluding a self-starter mentality with Adaptiveexperienced strongly preferred.
- Experience inagricultureor otherinventory-basedmanufacturingbusinessesis strongly preferred
