- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical recruitment including sourcing interviewing and hiring candidates.
- Manage attendance records and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Develop and implement HR policies that align with business goals and ensure compliance.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote company culture.
- Handle day-to-day employee relations addressing concerns and grievances.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
- Oversee performance appraisal processes provide feedback and support employee development.
- Represent the company at job fairs and other external events promoting our brand and opportunities.
- Assist in HR operations such as onboarding offboarding and employee training.
