Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings resume screening and interview coordination
- Support candidate sourcing through LinkedIn job portals referrals and networking
- Schedule interviews and assist hiring managers during the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment pipelines
- Assist in onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
- Support HR operations including attendance payroll documentation and employee records
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and HR events
- Perform general administrative HR tasks as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or students in HR Business Administration or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
