Job Description

Meet delivery deadlines according to schedule and keep progress updated to all related departments
Work order creation progress update and tracking
Part number creation for raw materials and packaging materials and purchase requisition
Production material stock control and asset management
Production stock control flow management analysis and reporting
Assist with shipping-related matters
Assist in consolidating shipping material reports
Assist with inventory and stock checks of production materials
Any tasks assigned by supervisors from time to time
Ad-hoc support to other departments

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing warehouse management roles
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems will be an advantage
Good command in communication and collaboration skills
Diploma / Bachelor Degree in related field

Location: Temporary base in Kulai will move to Senai Plant in Jun/Jul
