About the Role:
The Clerical / Administrative Support role provides essential administrative and documentation support to ensure smooth daily operations. This position is part of the operational BPO team and plays a key role in maintaining organized records supporting internal processes and enabling efficient workflow execution as defined by the client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital and physical documents
- Manage records and shared folders (e.g. SharePoint or similar systems)
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the operations team
- Assist with internal coordination and routine administrative tasks
- Support compliance and documentation requirements as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative support roles
- Strong organizational and document management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks
- Basic proficiency with office tools and document management platforms
- Ability to work within structured processes defined by the client
