Key responsibilities
Drive concept development and menu design that aligns with THE THIEFs unique brand positioning.
Recruit mentor and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class taste and presentation.
Manage the full P&L budgeting and strategic supplier partnerships to ensure a profitable and sustainable operation.
Maintain rigorous HACCP/safety standards while collaborating closely with F&B leadership to optimize the guest journey.
As our Executive Chef you have overall responsibility for the kitchen departments serving our following outlets and departments:
Thief Restaurant
Thief Rooftop Restaurant & Bar
Room Service
Breakfast
Thief Bar
Banquet & Event
What are we looking for: Bold and unafraid
We arent everyones cup of tea and that is the point. We are looking for individuals who are optimistic bold and unafraid to take on life.
Experience as an Executive Chef preferably from high end hotels or restaurants
Creative innovative and gastronomically strong
Strong financial understanding
Practices a modern motivating and inclusive leadership style
Communicates fluently in English
