Job Summary

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives on hunting new business and crushing outbound targets Join Automile as an Account Executive with a strong focus on new customer acquisition!

In this role you wont be waiting for inbound interest youll build your own pipeline engage decision makers and close deals from first touch through contract signature. Youll be instrumental in growing Automiles presence in the Swedish market by turning cold conversations into revenue and long-term partnerships.

What Youll Do

Outbound Sales & Pipeline - Identifying and reaching out to new prospects via cold outreach building and maintaining a strong self-generated pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Full Sales Cycle Ownership - Leading deals from first contact to signed contract including discovery and negotiation. Tailoring value-based sales approaches to customer needs.

Decision Maker Engagement - Connecting with key stakeholders uncover challenges handle objections confidently and keep deals moving forward.

CRM & Sales Tools - Keeping CRM data accurate whilst using modern sales tools to support efficient outreach.

Deliver Results - Owning your territory and optimising outreach to improve performance focusing on consistently hitting or exceed business targets.

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in outbound sales with a track record of generating pipeline and closing new business.

Comfortable with cold calling email outreach and other multi-touch outreach strategies.

Excellent verbal and written communication capable of engaging prospects and crafting compelling sales narratives.

Strong self-motivation persistence and a results-driven mindset geared toward hitting ambitious goals.

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.

Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and comfortable using English in a professional setting.
