- 8 years Skilled in eliciting business and technical requirements
- 8 years Skilled in communicating complex design and technical issues as well as writing business cases and planning documents
- 8 years Skilled in effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- 8 years Skilled in gathering input formulating a plan and carrying it to fruition
- 8 years Skilled in providing exceptional follow-through and customer service
- 8 years of experience performing complex business analysis independently using sound judgment and creativity.
- At least 5 years acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams. Strong background in data analysis requirements gathering and technology understanding.
- PMP or project management experience is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years Experience with government regulations and processes
