Biomedical Operations Analyst

Benda Infotech is currently seeking motivated Entry-Level Biomedical / Healthcare Process Analysts to support our client projects across multiple locations in the United States. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to gain hands-on experience in clinical operations medical device workflows and process optimization while contributing to innovative healthcare solutions.

As part of our healthcare consulting team you will work closely with experienced analysts project managers and biomedical teams to evaluate clinical and operational processes identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of efficient and compliant workflows for biomedical and healthcare organizations.

Salary: $70000 $80000 annually
Location: Multiple Locations across the United States (On-Site / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Preferred: Recent graduates (December 2025)

Key Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing and documenting clinical laboratory or biomedical workflows
Support the identification of operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Gather and document business and clinical requirements from stakeholders
Create process maps flowcharts and documentation for existing and proposed processes
Analyze operational and clinical data to identify trends bottlenecks and compliance gaps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical operations IT and project management
Support the development of dashboards and reports to track process performance and compliance
Participate in process improvement initiatives and biomedical technology implementation projects

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering Life Sciences Healthcare Administration Business Analytics or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis fundamentals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Preferred Technical Skills

Familiarity with process mapping / BPMN methodology
Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts
Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
Knowledge of clinical or biomedical regulations / compliance (FDA GMP HIPAA)
Experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio Lucidchart or similar workflow tools
