Main purpose of the job:
- OHS-relatad Legal and Regulatory Compliance
- Develop and Maintain OHS Management System
- Improve Safety Culture & Awareness
- Emergency response and Incident Management
- Business contingency plan
Primary responsibilities:
- Identify applicable laws regulations and standards related to occupational health and safety. Conduct regular compliance evaluations and special audits. Provide actionable recommendations based on evaluation results and ensure timely follow-up on corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain the companys OHS management system. Organize comprehensive risk assessments and implement risk control measures across all work processes. Draft and update OHS policies rules and system documentation. Conduct safety inspections and audits to maintain risks at an acceptable level.
- Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. Develop and execute training programs and awareness campaigns. Initiate and lead OHS-related activities to engage employees and reinforce safety practices.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans such as fire chemical spills and natural disasters. Organize and lead emergency drills and preparedness activities. Manage incident investigations by identifying root causes implementing corrective and preventive measures and ensuring accurate documentation and communication of lessons learned across the organization.
- Update BCP to latest situation and insure workable as emergency situation happened.
Education:
- Bachelors degree or above.
- Major in Safety Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering related --- Preferred
Minimum No of years of experience:
- At least 3 years experience in factory or field ocupacional health and safety
Min. Managerial experience or specific skills required:
- Good communication skills written/spoken English ability (TOEIC 700 or above)
- Strong communication and coordination skills to interact effectively with different departments and management.
- Ability to conduct audits inspections and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in safety management tools such as JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and familiarity with Microsoft Office software especially for online collaboration.
