What makes you a great fit
You have at least 2 years of hospice leadership experience
You hold a Bachelors degree Masters preferred
Registered Nurse license preferred and in good standing
You have strong knowledge of Medicare Hospice Certification and hospice operations
You demonstrate proven leadership communication and conflict-resolution skills
You understand interdisciplinary hospice care models
You are confident leading operations financial oversight and regulatory compliance
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $105000 to $150000 plus 10 percent annual bonus plan
