Due to rapid growth Havana Coffee Works has an exciting opportunity for a passionate driven sales professional to join us as a Business Development Executive UNI based at our Parnell Roastery in Auckland.

Reporting to the Customer Experience & Field Sales Manager this permanent role sits across new business development and account management within the hospitality (on-premise) channel. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing coffee brands in New Zealand while continuing to grow your sales career within a supportive and inclusive organisation.

What does a day in the life of a Havana Business Development Executive look like

  • Develop and execute regional hospitality growth plans alongside the CX & Field Sales Manager with a strong focus on new business acquisition in Auckland
  • Actively prospect qualify pitch and convert new café and hospitality customers building a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline
  • Lead and negotiate profitable supply agreements ensuring long-term commercial value
  • Manage priority accounts building strong relationships and delivering on retention targets
  • Support café partners through barista training and tailored resources to help grow their coffee business

What are we looking for

  • An experienced sales professional (hospitality/on-premise experience preferred)
  • Resilient and motivated with a strong drive to achieve growth targets
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Professional presentation with a warm friendly and authentic approach
  • Self-driven proactive and comfortable working autonomously while being part of a team
  • Full clean New Zealand drivers licence and full ongoing NZ working rights
