Specifically we are looking for aTS/SCIclearedTechnical Trainer - Seniorto support this missionatPope Army Airfield Noth Carolina.
Responsibilities:
As aTechnical Trainer - Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:
- Leads advanced C2ISR technical training on hardware and software system upgrades and installations across mission-critical operational environments.
- Delivers complex classroom virtual and hands-on lab events for operators and maintainers using mission-realistic scenarios to exercise operational management network configuration equipment maintenance and support reporting procedures.
- Designs andrefinesperformance-based assessments andproficiencyevaluations ensuring they accurately measure required tasks and mission outcomes.
- Mentors Journeyman and Junior trainers providing coaching on delivery techniques lab execution and use of standard training products (lesson plansiTMs job aids lab guides).
- Uses the Government-furnished LCMS/LMS to configure courses manage gradebooks andproficiencyresults and review training data toidentifytrends gaps and remediation needs.
- TO Management & Financial Tracking Tools: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power BI Power Automate); G Invoicing API; ASSIST portal integration; variance analysis dashboards; MS Project; Primavera; GFP management modules; WBS tracking systems; ServiceNow; Jira Service Desk; automated RIP/CTP/TAR workflows; SharePoint libraries; Confluence; Microsoft Search; lessons learned databases; video library repositories; Archer GRC; internal audit portals;Excel/SharePoint audit templates; CMDB with version control; Power BI with R/Python integration; Tableau; predictive analytics engines; Teams; Azure AD role based access; mobile access via Power Apps.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Previousexperience asaTechnical Traineror similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
- Minimum of 5yearsexperiencewith a BS/BA degree or 3years experience with a MS/MA or1year experience with a Ph.D. OR 9 years without a degree OR 7 years with AS/AA
- A current active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
- US citizenship is
DesiredQualifications:
- DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.
- DOD 8140 Compliance based on functional role for WRC: 411 Technical Support Specialist Intermediate Level / ability to obtain

- On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencefor equipment management and asset tracking
- Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites forlogisticscoordination and facility assessments
