Land Rover of Moncton is seeking a experienced service professional with a passion for the automotive industry who is looking to step up and make an impact as Service Manager.

Compensation Commensurate with Knowledge Skills & Experience

What Youll Be Doing:

Lead mentor and inspire a team of service professionals.
Drive customer satisfaction profitability and service excellence.
Oversee repair procedures and uphold dealership standards.
Provide technical guidance and assist with complex diagnostics.
Manage shop tools equipment and organization to maximize efficiency.
Train and develop team members for continuous improvement.
Monitor productivity and performance to ensure department goals are met.
Deliver timely outstanding customer service and support.
Foster a customer-first culture through coaching and mentorship.

What Were Looking For:

3 years of automotive experience ideally in the service department.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Highly organized hardworking and self-driven.
Strong time management abilities to oversee a busy service operation.
Prior leadershipexperience is a strong asset.
