ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Tableau Business Analyst plays a central role in delivering the organizations 4R data strategy delivering the Right Information to the Right People at the Right Time to support the Right Decisions. This role focuses on transforming Databricks data assets into high-quality analytical products (dashboards scorecards reports AI-enabled insights and visualizations) using Tableau. The ideal candidate combines expert-level Tableau development capabilities with strong business engagement skills and solid working knowledge of SQL. Familiarity with Python for data engineering and data manipulation within Databricks is considered a plus.
This role is vital to advancing our Data & Analytics Strategy implementation program improving data literacy championing self-service analytics and ensuring trustworthy data is consistently delivered across the organization.
