Job Overview Business Analyst
The Business Analyst supports the delivery of complex initiatives by eliciting analyzing and documenting business requirements. This role collaborates closely with project leadership stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements processes and outcomes within a confidential multi-stakeholder environment.

Responsibilities
Elicit analyze and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
Translate business needs into clear artifacts such as requirements user stories process flows and data mappings.
Support initiatives involving alignment of processes systems and data across multiple teams.
Facilitate workshops working sessions and reviews to drive alignment and decision-making.
Collaborate with project leadership to support scope definition dependency identification and change management.
Work with technical and delivery teams to clarify requirements and support solution design.
Assist with prioritization backlog refinement and acceptance criteria definition.
Support validation and testing activities to ensure solutions meet documented requirements.
Identify gaps risks and assumptions related to business processes data or integrations.
Maintain high-quality documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards.
Support communications by producing clear summaries and decision artifacts.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in stakeholder-facing or consulting environments.
Experience supporting initiatives involving external partners or third-party platforms.
Strong skills in requirements elicitation documentation and facilitation.
Ability to analyze and document end-to-end business processes and system interactions.
Experience working with technical teams on integration-oriented solutions (APIs data flows system interfaces).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery models.
Experience using tools such as Jira Confluence or Azure DevOps.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting integration-focused initiatives in regulated or high-volume environments.
Background in transactional or platform-based systems.
Business Analysis or Agile certifications (CBAP CCBA PMI-PBA CSPO or equivalent).
Experience working within formal project governance models.
