Job Summary:
The Business Architect role involves providing thought leadership and delivery for standards work related to identity and access management within the digital health services ecosystem. The role focuses on research analysis and recommendations to establish consensus and endorsement of standards working closely with stakeholders to modernize identity authentication and authorization processes.
Location:Toronto Ontario Canada
Responsibilities:
- Assess current standards to identify modernization opportunities.
- Analyze and make recommendations on modern identity authentication and authorization (IAA) standards and best practices.
- Define and document standards-related business requirements and guidelines.
- Work closely with Solution Architects to align business standards with technical implementations.
- Analyze existing IAA business and operating models and identify opportunities for modernization.
- Develop target-state operating models aligned with standards-based digital identity principles.
- Support implementation planning and transition to new operating models.
- Assess business operational and stakeholder impacts of standards adoption.
- Identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies related to coexistence and migration.
- Provide clear actionable recommendations to program leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and consultations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Build consensus across business technical and partner organizations.
- Ensure stakeholder perspectives are reflected in standards recommendations and adoption plans.
