Close collaboration with culinary F&B Events Sales and Marketing teams is essential along with active involvement in training talent development and strategic planning. The position requires proven senior pastry leadership experience strong organisational skills and the ability to perform in a high-volume luxury environment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experiences in an International class hotel
- Minimum of 1 year experience in similar capacity
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Apprenticeship or college level
- Additional improvement programs in F&B
- Strong expertise in pastry baking and current global dessert trends
- Proven leadership communication and organisational skills
- Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency and cost control
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment with flexible hours
