Job Summary
OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
Downtown Juneau
Salary range: $25.95 - 35.64/hour DOE

The successful candidate for this position will direct and schedule resources needed to ensure the delivery of front-line services through the teller staff. You will also ensure branch security cash control compliance with applicable regulations and high standards of member service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Directs and monitors branch front line operations. Monitors product delivery quality and takes action to resolve problems. Supervises the day to day operations of the teller line and vault. Ensures a high level of member service in the branch and resolves member issues.
- In partnership with management you will hire train direct and evaluate employee performance within the department; recommends promotions transfers and salary adjustments; identifies performance problems and takes action to coach and correct including termination.
- Monitors department activities for compliance with established policy and regulations. Takes action to resolve any out of compliance issues.
- Orders daily cash requirement for the credit union. Manages vault cash.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- A high school education or GED.
- Must have good communication skills for training other tellers. 10-key calculator and computer keyboard skills. Accurate with numbers and names.
