THE POSITION
Victory Live is seeking a Senior Manager Rightsholder Partnerships to support revenue growth across sports venues and institutional partners. This role is responsible for developing and managing rightsholder relationships supporting partnership expansion and contributing to new partnership opportunities as part of Victory Lives broader growth strategy.
The ideal candidate has experience working with sports and entertainment organizations understands ticketing and distribution dynamics and is comfortable collaborating across internal teams to deliver long-term value for partners. This position will play a key role in Victory Lives continued growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage relationships with primary rightsholders including teams leagues venues and institutional partners
- Drive partnership growth by identifying opportunities to expand inventory optimize distribution and increase platform adoption
- Lead discovery conversations presentations and solution-oriented discussions with both current and prospective rightsholder partners
- Support deal structuring contract negotiations renewals and partnership expansions
- Own day-to-day relationship management ensuring strong performance and long-term partner satisfaction
- Partner with marketing to develop pitch decks proposals and sales collateral that effectively communicate Victory Lives value proposition
- Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success account management analytics and technology teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing execution
- Track partnership activity pipeline and performance using HubSpot CRM and provide regular updates to leadership
- Represent Victory Live at meetings industry events and conferences as needed
REQUIREMENTS
What were looking for
- 58 years of business development sales or partnership experience within sports entertainment ticketing or a related industry
- Demonstrated experience working directly with primary rightsholders including teams leagues venues or governing organizations.
- Strong understanding of ticketing distribution and revenue optimization models
- Experience with sponsorship ticketing hospitality or technology-driven solutions
- Proven ability to support deal development and execution across the partnership lifecycle
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced high-growth environment
