Job Summary
The Business Analyst Expert will be a subject matter expert (SME) for Ascend Marketing ADS Marketing PS1 PQ1 and related Ascend products. You will lead client onboarding to Ascend platforms and provide expert guidance on platform capabilities data requirements and workflow integration. You will partner with crossfunctional teams to ensure clients are set up for longterm success and understand how to use Ascend solutions to meet their our goals. You will be reporting to the Senior Client Services Manager.
Qualifications :
- You will be a subject matter expert for Ascend Marketing ADS Marketing PS1 PQ1 and associated Ascend products.
- You will lead endtoend onboarding for new clients ensuring a smooth implementation of Ascend platforms.
- You will translate our requirements into clear technical specifications for internal product engineering and data teams.
- You will support clients in integrating Ascend workflows into their existing systems.
