At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.As a business application consulting generalist at PwC you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis implementation training and support.

You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience with at least 3 years in a technical lead or managerial role.
- Expert proficiency in Java and its ecosystem (Spring Boot RESTful APIs etc.).
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks especially React and JavaScript (ES6).
- Deep understanding of full-stack architecture and best practices including databases (SQL/NoSQL) caching security and UI/UX principles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines automated testing).
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on-time with quality.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) is a plus.
