Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Ops Associate to join our security business unit.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensures operational accuracy and efficiency by auditing completed projects from the project management team to verify documentation compliance and quality standards
- Responsible for submitting final invoicing to the billing department researching and resolving discrepancies using a variety of analytical and problemâsolving methodologies and creating clear accurate customer reports.
- Must precisely enter and maintain data in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Excel while collaborating closely with multiple departments to support seamless project closeout and continuous operational improvement.
Basic Qualifications:
- 0-3 years prior business or customer service related experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Basic MS Excel Outlook and Word knowledge
- Basis PC Hardware Networking CCTV Access Control and Alarm knowledge a plus
- Ability to work effectively with others as well as independently
- Team player flexible and resourceful
- Ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
