Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and assisting them with their real estate needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and guidance to clients on our services and properties
- Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to better assist clients
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing as needed
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service preferably in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is a plus
