Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Three years of faculty experience One year of administrative/leadership experience Demonstrated project management ability Experience leading people Experience creating or revising curricular and/or co-curricular programs with high-impact practice elements Understanding of academic policies curriculum development Commitment to DEIB priorities for all students staff and faculty
Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated conflict management experience Success in supporting student learning and success 5 years faculty experience 3 years administrative/leadership experience We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency. Consistent with the universitys commitment to women diversity and social justice preference will be given to candidates who manifest these themes in their experience and service.
