Global Quality Engineering Manager

• Support Quality Program efforts through hosting external audits; collecting analyzing and acting on quality data; supporting root cause (8D) investigations; and presentingQuality Training.

• Quality Representative for New Product Development reviews
• Facilitating the Class III Product Audits
• Coordinating and leading root cause analysis of breakdowns in quality processes that lead to significant scrap rework or warranty claims.
• Escalate tasks as necessary to improve customer satisfaction related to issue resolution.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop global training modules that drive global initiative of Same Parts Same Products Anywhere in the World
• Assist global quality team with internal and OpEx audits

• You operate effectively even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear.
  You develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. You take a broad view when approaching issues using a global lens. You build partnerships and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of seven years of experience as a practicing quality professional.
• Minimum of two years of experience within industrial manufacturing.
• Experience utilizing formal root cause analysis skills and project management skills for coordinating activities for complex investigations.
  

• Two years of experience within Flow Controls Business Unit.

• Knowledge of other business unit processes systems standards and practices relevant to the requirements of the Quality Management System.
