Hiring: IT Software Developer QA System Development (Client Location) New Era Technology

About the Role:

New Era Technology is looking for experienced IT Software Developer QA System Development to be deployed at our prestigious client in Singapore at their Tampines Industrial Crescent office.

Job Summary

To support the development and enhancement of the QA IT system addressing customer requests and improving operational efficiency in quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Phase 1 High Priority Development

• Develop and implement solutions for the Top 5 high-priority QA software requests related to customer issues.
• Collaborate with QA and AE teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Phase 2 Broader System Enhancements

• Address the remaining 41 QA software requests.
• Ensure system improvements align with quality management goals.

Phase 3 System Integration

• Assist in merging and harmonizing all QA applications into a single comprehensive system.
• Support testing validation and deployment of the integrated platform.

General Duties

• Participate in system design coding testing and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and training to QA users as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Familiarity with QA processes and systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g. ASP C C# PHP Java Python and etc).
• Experience with databases and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance environments.
• Knowledge of customer complaint management systems.
• Ability to work independently and managemultipletasks

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in software development.

Preferred Candidate:

• Nationality: Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
• Availability: Candidates who can join immediately to 30days notice.
