About the Role
Were seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst with experience in travel-industry payment processing specializing in settlement operations Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs) and multi-currency transactions (USD/EUR). This role supports accurate settlement reconciliation and cash flow across North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile merchant card and VCC settlements across USD and EUR
- Manage ARC airline billing and settlement including refunds and debit memos
- Track supplier payments settlement timing and funding discrepancies
- Support working capital and credit facility monitoring
- Analyze FX impacts chargebacks cancellations and refunds
- Produce settlement and reconciliation reports; investigate variances
- Partner with banks processors VCC providers and internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 35 years experience in payments settlement operations or financial analysis within the travel industry
- Hands-on experience with:
- ARC settlement
- Virtual Credit Card (VCC) programs
- Merchant card processing
- Multi-currency reconciliation (USD/EUR)
- Strong Excel skills; SQL or BI tools a plus
Preferred
- Experience in OTA travel tech TMC or airline environments
- Exposure to treasury credit facilities or FX management
- Familiarity with PCI PSD2 or travel payment regulations
