Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to join our dynamic team in a S/4HANA Project. As a key member you will lead and oversee the implementation of SAP S/4HANA ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget constraints.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for SAP S/4HANA implementations upgrades and migrations
- Lead cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support
- Manage project scope timelines budgets and resources effectively
- Identify and mitigate project risks developing contingency plans as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements manage expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP S/4HANA modules to meet client needs
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
- Monitor project progress prepare status reports and conduct regular meetings with team members and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with quality standards best practices and SAP methodologies
- Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- 20 years of experience in SAP
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP project management with a focus on S/4HANA implementations
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules business processes and industry best practices
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and tools
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects budgets and resources effectively
- Experience in risk management change management and quality assurance
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred
- Demonstrated track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Fluency in English is required
