The Pastoral Manager will play a key role in maintaining high standards of behaviour attendance and wellbeing across the school.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading pastoral support for a designated year group
Monitoring behaviour attendance and student progress
Supporting students experiencing behavioural or emotional challenges
Working closely with parents and carers to address concerns
Collaborating with teachers and senior leaders to support student success
Supporting behaviour management systems and interventions
Coordinating pastoral meetings and reviewing student support plans
Maintaining safeguarding records and supporting safeguarding procedures
Liaising with external support agencies when required
Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing across the school
