We are looking for a courteous and customer-focused Contact Centre Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls assist patients/customers with queries appointments and service requests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
- Provide accurate information regarding services appointments and billing queries
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate when required
- Maintain proper documentation and call records
- Follow communication scripts and quality standards
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work in shifts
- Experience in healthcare/contact centre preferred
Bachelors Degree Mandatory
