This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering benefits for the Marsh Canada organization by translating business strategy and objectives into tangible outcomes.
Senior Project Manager Canada Transformation Office
We will count on you to:
Work closely with Transformation Leaders Change Management Business Analysts and senior leaders including the Chief Operating Officer to deliver Canadas strategic goals.
Provide visible and effective leadership by strengthening transformation capabilities and building trusted relationships across the business.
Challenge existing practices develop innovative solutions design evaluate and implement business strategy while managing the impact and delivery of change.
Influence business leaders and key stakeholders to help them achieve desired outcomes.
Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear delivery business readiness and smooth transition to new ways of working in partnership with change management.
What you need to have:
At least 8 years of total experience including 2-4 years of project management experience within a large complex organization working across multiple functions and business areas.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver practical solutions.
Excellent people relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence in providing advice and constructive challenge at all levels including senior executives.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills both written and verbal with significant experience in change communications.

Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across global business units.
Black Belt or Lean Six Sigma certification
Demonstrated success in influencing senior leadership and driving organizational change.
