About the Team:
Our team is fast-moving and highly collaborative operating in an environment where ideas quickly turn into shipped products. We focus deeply on understanding contentspecifically identifying the right piece of content for each learner at the right stage of their journey. This requires close partnership with engineering to translate user and content insights into scalable solutions. Together we work with the latest AI technologies including building content understanding models that power personalized and effective learning experiences.
About the Role:
You will act as a key connector between the content and product teams identifying how content structure can best power our products and uncovering new opportunities where content can drive additional value. You will translate content strategy into clear product requirements ensuring alignment between user needs content capabilities and product goals. The role also involves close collaboration with engineering and machine learning teams to develop a strong understanding of how content is structured and represented under the hood. This perspective will enable you to shape product decisions that are both strategically sound and technically informed.
Were happy to share that this is an onsite position in our San Francisco office. To help foster team collaboration we require that employees be in the office a minimum of three days per week: Monday Wednesday and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company. We believe that this working environment facilitates increased work efficiency team partnership and supports growth as an employee and organization.
